Lutz Golsch is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Strategic Communications practice in Germany. Dr. Golsch is also a member of FTI Consulting’s Executive Leadership Team for the EMEA region and has been advising clients on strategic communications for more than 20 years.
Based in Frankfurt, Dr. Golsch has been working on major cross-border and domestic assignments across a broad range of industries.
In today’s fast-moving and volatile environment, Dr. Golsch works with corporations, their C-Suite executives and internal senior teams on strategic communications matters which shape and impact their reputation. He puts a particular emphasis on comprehensive engagement strategies for external and internal stakeholder audiences. After launching his career in financial communications, Dr. Golsch has built an extensive track record advising on mission-critical events such as crisis situations, M&A transactions, IPOs and other special situations.
Over the past decade, Dr. Golsch has managed communications in M&A transactions with a combined value of more than €75 billion. In recent years, he has also been highly engaged in driving debates on how to build, protect and enhance reputation and trust in a digitalized world.
