Donald Good is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Cybersecurity practice and is based in Dallas. Mr. Good has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity with strong expertise in establishing highly collaborative partnerships, setting the vision, and building organizational strategy to achieve results. Mr. Good has extensive experience providing cybersecurity support to Fortune 500 clients, as well as being responsible for preventing fraud and cyber threats.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Good was the Head of Global Fraud Fusion and Intelligence at Citibank, where he provided executive oversight for all fraud threat intelligence and internal fraud within the global consumer bank. He was also the executive lead for the redesign of Citibank’s Fraud Fusion Center (FFC). Mr. Good provided direct oversight for the development of metrics for net fraud loss and fraud loss avoidance that resulted in savings to the bank of over $1.5M. Before joining Citibank, Mr. Good was the Director of Navigant Consulting’s Information Security Practice. There, he led incident response and advisory teams in client engagements.

From 1995 to 2016, Mr. Good worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he held a variety of cybersecurity-related roles, most recently serving as the Deputy Assistant Director of the Cyber Division. He provided executive oversight for more than 225 special agents, intelligence analysts, and support personnel, to provide global, strategic, analytical, and operational support to the FBI’s Cyber Division.
